Customer Success Manager
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals with our platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Provide product training and onboarding support
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

- Monitor customer health metrics and reduce churn
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with enterprise SaaS products
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Knowledge of customer success tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
