Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals with our platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes
  • Provide product training and onboarding support
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for improvements
  • Monitor customer health metrics and reduce churn

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
  • Knowledge of customer success tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
